Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.
If you have ordered several goods as part of one order and these goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided in our online store.
You do not need to provide a reason for your withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Merely refusing delivery, failing to collect a shipment or returning goods without a clear declaration of withdrawal does not by itself constitute an exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you that are required to be reimbursed by applicable law, including the costs of our least expensive standard delivery method.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery method, including express or premium shipping, will not be reimbursed beyond the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees from us as a result of the reimbursement.
For purchases of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Returning the Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The return deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for statutory withdrawals unless we expressly agree otherwise in an individual case.
We recommend retaining proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.
Condition of Returned Goods and Diminished Value
You may handle and inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
In particular, wearing, washing, altering, damaging or otherwise using an item beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its fit, appearance, characteristics and functioning may result in a claim or deduction for the resulting loss in value to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We therefore recommend returning items clean and, where available, with their original tags, accessories and packaging.
The absence of original packaging or tags alone does not exclude a statutory right of withdrawal.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
If you believe that you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@vevestockholm.com with your order details.
Where reasonably possible, please include clear photographs showing the issue so that we can assess the matter efficiently.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
Exchanges
We do not provide a separate contractual right to exchange an item for another product, colour or size.
If you wish to purchase another item, you may place a new order separately and exercise any statutory rights that apply to your original order.
Sale and Promotional Items
The fact that an item was purchased during a sale, promotion or using a discount code does not exclude any statutory right of withdrawal.
However, no additional voluntary return or exchange right is granted merely because an item was purchased at full price or at a discounted price.
No Additional Voluntary Return Right
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing or expressly advertise an additional return right for a particular purchase, we do not grant any voluntary return, exchange or money-back right beyond rights required by mandatory applicable law.
Any goodwill arrangement, refund, exchange, return acceptance or other concession granted by us in an individual case is voluntary and does not create an entitlement to the same or a similar arrangement in any other case.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
